CD1 to CD2 schema documentation Deleted

I noticed as of this morning that the handy 

[PUBLIC]: CD1 to CD2 schema mapping

Has been moved to the owners trash (screenshot)

Is there a more current version of this document to be found somewhere? I can imagine folks will still need this for a long time to come as they map their old database reporting queries to the new schema.

As the new product manager overseeing the CD2 API and CLI client, I'm here to help resolve any issues you encounter on the short and long term.

I have removed it from the trash and not it is available as intended.

Can you please share me the source of the original spreadsheet? Was it in a community forum thread or is coming from an email or somewhere else?
