It looks like you could have logged in with a personal email address, whereas the badges could have been awarded to your UW email address. We would suggest to confirm the email that the badges have been awarded to. If you were awarded a badge, you should be able to search the badge award email in your inbox. Once you confirm the email the badge has been awarded to, try logging in with that email. Also, you can add a personal email on file, so badges awarded to either email will be shown in the backpack. We always recommend to add a personal email address just in case you lose access to your institutional email address.How do I manage my Parchment Digital Badges account?
