Do you know if TimelyCare has a LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) integration with Canvas? Your school's Canvas administrator (or maybe you are this person?) would want to contact the folks at TimelyCare to see if they have an LTI that connects to Canvas. I went to the EduAppCenter website where there are many Canvas LTIs listed, but I do not see TimelyCare listed at all.
If you are just wanting to link to the TimelyCare website via a course nav button within your course, you could use the Redirect Tool (also an LTI) to do just that.
