Trying to grade papers here but Turnitin hasn't been working since last week. The icon is there but no assignments are successfully submitted, thus no turnitin report. Tallahassee Community College.
For this issue, it would be best to contact the technical support at your college. They will have more information about any technical issues affecting your school in particular and would have access to your account to help with troubleshooting Turnitin in Canvas.
You could also check Turnitin to see if they have any outages being reported. Even though Turnitin is used in Canvas, Canvas doesn't provide the technical support for it.
I also haven't got this to work. It was turned off in one of the assignments setting and wouldn't resubmit. And I don't see it working on others but I need to do some more investigation on that.
I was also wondering if if works with PDF documents or just word .DOCX files. Micsrosoft equation editor equations and graphs with trendlines don't work in the canvas viewer.. So i might change to pdf submissions if so since these are gibberish in the canvas viewer...
