Is there a way to get a direct link to the elements of the Training Portal without signing in to canvas? Trying to provide option to faculty that is 1-2 clicks vs. 5-6. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, the Training Portal from the help menu looks like you must sign in to Canvas. Although there is a share option for each specific training, it still requires a login. If the faculty member recently signed in to Canvas, it will keep them signed in, potentially with fewer clicks.
However, there are some links you may find helpful that do not require initial sign-in:
