Looking for a fail-safe solution for an Attendance Verification Assignment which must be completed by every student and which is consistent in each class in our system.
I think you'll find a solution to your question, @LoriBowden , by making a blueprint course that has a locked assignment/quiz to meet your attendance verification needs. We should have the option to allow students to unsubmit an assignment IF THE SUBMISSION was submitted prior to the assignment deadline. Students submitting assignment 3 into assignment 4 and precluding me from updating group assignment settings is just so frustrating.

I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
