May i kindly request for assistance from anyone who has had access to the Academic Integrity Course that we are expected to do, please. I have made enquiries about this and was told to check on Canvas but I cannot find any information related thereto.

You've posted your question in the global Canvas Community website.  We wouldn't be able to direct you to any help regarding the Academic Integrity Course you are looking for.  I suggest speaking with folks at your school who know more about this.  For example, you might talk with your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team to see if someone could assist you.  Hopefully you'll be able to get some assistance with this soon.  Good luck!
