I am having the same issue. I used the Speedgrader for my first discussion post and it is fine. However, when I go to grade the second using the SpeedGrader I get the message at the top and a blank screen. I'm attaching screenshots.

Is Discussion Board 2 a group discussion? We have found here that Speedgrader does not seem to be able to show an individual student's posts in graded group discussions the way it does for non-group discussions.
