I prefer students not use Paper View as it is not as efficient to add a comment to, unlike other File Uploads. How can I prevent the use of Paper View?

Can you please provide more details on what you mean by "paper view"? "Paper view" isn't any Canvas terminology that I've heard of, so if you can please give an example or share a screenshot or two of what you are referring to, that would be helpful. Thanks!
