I am enrolled for 4 online classes but only see 3 classes on my dashboard for some reason my TECA 1311 class is not showing up. Also, on my calendar I only see the assignments for 2 of my classes.

When viewing a student submission, "Error while processing or retrieving the document" is shown in Speedgrader. The PDF can be read when downloaded, but this slows grading time down a lot. What can I tell the student to do differently? Is this a known bug?
