You might want to send an e-mail to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team to inquire about this. Or, if you know who your school's Canvas administrator is (this person might be a part of a team I listed), that would be a good option. The "evaluator" role sounds like a custom role that was created by your Canvas admin(s)...as it's not a role that comes "out of the box" in Canvas. They may be able to update the role for you.
