What is the role that provides users admin access in Canvas?
Hi @govreacladmin ...
I'm not sure what you mean. Students do not have access to Canvas Commons. You can find a complete list of who does have access to Commons by visiting this Guide:
How do I use Commons?
Take a look at the second bulleted item within the light-blue box at the top of this Guide (under the "Notes:" section).
Users who can create or edit course content in Canvas also have access to Commons. This includes Admins, Teachers, Designers, and TAs. If an institution does not want student TAs to have access to Commons, an account admin should create a custom TA role in Canvas that does not have permission to create or edit course content.
Does this help to answer your question?
@govreacladmin In our instance, it is based off of Instructional Roles for who sees Commons.
I am a Canvas admin and when importing a New Quiz to Canvas Commons it only uploads one multiple choice question. None of the matching, hotspot, stimulus questions, etc are getting uploading. Is this a known issue in Commons and New Quizzes. Am I better off just creating a course and sharing the New Quizzes with staff?

The above end point appears to return the number of records that…
I am starting the Microsoft Office 365 Bundle course and I cannot continue because, I'm in my first Assignment and there's not much explanation about what is requiered (elements) to elaborate it, or I'might not understand how. Would it be possible to alter this message slightly? It makes it look like the content will not work at all. Whereas as long as we still have the contract etc. it will work when imported into a course, especially with new quizzes. Could something be added along the lines of. 'To view the content you will need to import…
