The place to request new ideas and features for Canvas lives in a different part of the Canvas Community website. You'll first want to review the Guides linked under the heading "Ideas and Themes" at:

Then, go to this link:

...and click on the blue "View and Submit Ideas" button. Then, click on the blue "Submit an Idea" button on the next page.
