publish severall files at once

Question

I recently transferred a course from Commons into my Canvas account.  Unfortunately, when I publish the modules, not everything publishes,  I have to go into Files and then click on EVERY SINGE FILE in order to publish them  I have tried numerous ways to avoid this, but nothing works.  As a result, it is taking me DAYS to be able to publish each module with the files.

Is there an easier way to do this?

Hi @NSMarino,

The good news is that you can do this relatively easily!  The "manage selected files" section of the  How do I use Files as an instructor? - Instructure Community  guide shows you that when you select multiple files (by holding the control/command button and clicking multiple, or doing control/command + "a" to select all), you'll have a "manage access" icon on the top of the files area available to click and publish all of the files you selected at once.
