Hi.
I am part of a course development team building a Canvas Application for Religious Education purposes.
My question is how do I allow other people on my team to view our course without publishing it.?
Hi @Friar_Tuck,
If you add the other people in a similar role to yours (teacher, ta, developer, etc) they would likely be able to view the course. Publishing is definitely required for students to see the content, but most higher roles will be able to see content without it needing to be published. This does still depend on some term settings your school/institution has the freedom to choose though, so I can't make a 100% guarantee on this.
Hope this helps a bit!

Yesterday, after much trial and error…I concluded the new quizzes matching choice options do not work as I expected, and have used with other LMS. I thought that I could provide students a matching choice quiz with multiple attempts that would report incorrectly answered matches on the first attempt, and display the…

We use course pacing to manage due dates, because we run ~20 something courses each quarter and manually setting due dates would be a nightmare. Several courses have two core topics. We want to allow students to choose which of these they will pursue first. Is there any way to configure multiple course paces with different…
