Canvas LMS Observer accounts cannot view the quiz submissions of their students, even once graded.Attached is a screenshot of me in the parent's account view showing the error.

I cannot be sure of this because I don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or this particular course. This is a complete guess on my part (and I could be totally wrong), but do you know if this particular is using any kind of third-party tool integration with Canvas? For example, the red message with the red line at the top, to me, doesn't really look like a message generated from Canvas...but rather a message generated from maybe a book publisher tool that's been configured inside of Canvas? Again, I really don't know for sure...so this is just a hunch...so if there is anyone else in the Community that has seen a similar message, I'd defer to them.
