If I import information from Banner to populate the integration_id, is there a way to have the integration_id field visible in the people list or the grade book?

You can definitely have the integration ID visible in the gradebook (using the secondary info option).
I don't know of a way to have that listed in the People tool though. You would probably do something with custom CSS/Javascript, but it may not be worth the effort.
