Is there a way to customize the calculations for Standards Based Grading?
I am using rubrics and standards based grading but I give 2 small "check your understandings", a mid unit assessment and and end of unit assessment. I want the mid unit and end unit to count for more -- but none of the options allow me to do that. If I use weighted average where the last assessment counts for the most, if i reassess the standard after the end unit assessment on a check your understanding, the end of unit assessment wont have as much weight.
