Canvas Outcomes scores not calculating correctly

I am trying to apply the use of Canvas Outcomes to a quiz where each question bank that is used in the quiz is associated with an outcome. Most banks only have one question associated with an outcome. Each question has 4 possible points and mastery is set at 3. I am just in a sandbox and using Test Student at the moment to try to get it working. When I tried out entering grades on the quiz with a Test Student, the average score increases for some reason in the Learning Mastery Gradebook, where the following occurs:

• If I grade and assign 1 point for a student response, the Learning Mastery Gradebook says the average score is 1.25.
• If I grade and assign 2 point for a student response, theL earning Mastery Gradebook says the average score is 2.5.
• If I grade and assign 3 point for a student response, the Learning Mastery Gradebook says the average score is 3.38.
• If I grade and assign 4 point for a student response, the Learning Mastery Gradebook says the average score is 4.

There are no other assessments in the course with aligned outcomes. Any idea what might be going on?

I wanted to follow up on this message to mention that I figured out what was going on--in the question banks in Canvas quizzes, the mastery level was set at 60% rather than 75% (which is the equivalent percentage for 3 out of 4 for mastery). When I changed this setting, it calculated the average score correctly.
