I can't remove line items in the module. The"remove" status pop-up is missing when trying to remove a line item from the module. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean by a "line item" on your "Modules" page? If you click on the three-dot kebab icon to the right of any item within a given module, you should have a "Remove" option. Do you not have this option for all types of content within a given module? Or, is that option not available for specific types of content in your module?
