The updates to BigBlueButton are lovely, but I can no longer find (or remember?) how to wipe clean in one fell swoop ALL the annotations my students have made on a slide when I've enabled multi-user whiteboard. The control must be here somewhere!
PS: Being able to wipe the whiteboard is essential to me, especially now that BBB whiteboard is draggy and the annotations persist across slides. Super annoying. Poor Canvas Panda Bot was unable to help. After getting my hopes up by claiming there was a delete tool on the Options Menu to erase all users' marks, I told Panda Bot there was in fact none . . . and it amicably agreed! Friendly bot. I've tried BigBlueButton help, of course, but the latest pages show no "undo all" control anymore. An older BBB page confirmed where I used to do this for the past several years: "Once multi-user whiteboard is turned off, the presenter can clear all whiteboard marks with the clear all annotations option." Alas, the big ole "undo all" trash can icon that once lived just below the "undo last" backward arrow is no longer there. No mention at all on the newer BBB page.
Hello @MsTia ...I am not sure of an answer for you, but I would like to bring @ffdixon into this conversation in hopes that he will be able to help answer your question. Good luck to you!
Anyone?
Canvas appears to have changed something this year with the intergration from Canvas to the Class Notebook using OneNote. Last year we were able to have class notebooks linked to each course that would automatically add new students when they were enrolled into the Canvas course. This year when we log on we get the…
Among all the things that I wish Canvas had is that one! Is it something that is been worked on? We had it in Blackboard (legacy) and I sorely miss and need in Canvas (we just transitioned to it from Bb). Please add this very needed feature!
I have Canvas set to drop the lowest quiz score, however, my students can only barely tell that the grade text is slightly grey when dropped. Can it have a tag like the "missing" and "exempt" ones in the student gradebook?
My Canvas shell has three different sections that all meet at different times throughout the week. I need to be able to batch edit assignment due dates by section, but right now Canvas can't filter by section for batch edit. My only option is now to manually (tediously) edit due dates for each assignment individually.
Morning! One of the more frustrating aspects of Canvas are groups and the issues that show up when copying courses that have them. But now we have yet another issue. Most recently we have had instances where people mark an assignment/discussion as a group assignment but then do not link the discussion or assignment to any…
