we wanted to know if it is possible to create a quiz and indicate that students are not allowed to hand in the quiz until they have answered all the questions?
If not, that would be a feedback from some of our teachers.

If a student attempts to submit a quiz without answering all the questions, they will get a pop-up notice telling them they have un-answered questions, like this:
However, they would still be allowed to submit the quiz attempt. There is no setting to prevent them from submitting without answering all the questions.
Yes, we know that students will receive this info-text. In our use case, however, students should not be able to submit without selecting e.h. one of the answer alternatives in a multiple select answer. Is there any way to realize this with Canvas?
