I'm having trouble getting Canvas to sync grades to Aspen. When I try to do so, it fails around step 3 and it's giving me the following error: Http get on https://ma-mpsd.myfollett.com/ims/oneroster/v1p1/classes/MST000000QtIn5/lineItems has failed - Unable to retrieve token: No token was received from the authentication endpoint
This one is out of my league, but here are some resources for the OneRoster and Grade Pass Back and End Point configurations. Perhaps this is a place to begin troubleshooting. Are you the Canvas Admin? Can you contact your CSM or have your Canvas ADMIN do so.

Typically if the error message for a grade sync mentions anything similar to "Unable to retrieve a token" or anything about authentication, the credentials that were provided by the district/school are no longer valid. If this is the case, an admin would need to contact Canvas Support. Never provide credentials for your SIS via email or chat support with Instructure. If the case is that new credentials are needed, Canvas Support will send you a secure file transfer link in which you can provide the sensitive information securely.

Is there ANY way to automate/force Canvas to sync ungraded assignments with Veracross SIS? right now our only solution is to require teachers to enter a fake grade, sync, and then remove it. I am willing to entertain 3rd party solutions if there is one available.

When a student turns in a late assignment, I need it to also show as late in Skyward. Having to go in and manually mark multiple assignments late for 130 students is tedious and time consuming. If Canvas recognizes the assignment as late, the same mark needs to be sent to Skyward when it is synced.
How do I add a student to an existing benchmark assessment tracker? The students were imported from our SIS when tracker was created and this student has recently enrolled.
