Switch from student mode to coach mode

Question

I am now a licensing coach for several candidates, but when I log onto canvas I cannot access my candidates accounts to read their essays or record their progress because I am still listed as a student. Is there a way to switch to coaching mode or do I need to get some kind of authorization.

Hi @BillStarr ,

It sounds like this is a role specific to your organization. You will need to contact the administrators of Canvas at your institution. Coach isn't a role that is native to Canvas.  The admin at your org will need to make that change for you.
