Can you upload a video from your smartphone onto canvas?

I'm going to say the general answer to this would be "yes' but there are a lot of variables that can come into play. First is whether your school/institution uses Canvas LMS for video storage, or has an external video management system (like Canvas Studio, Kaltura, Panopto, etc) integrated into Canvas. In there is an external video management system in use, some Canvas features may be disabled and replaced by that system, and whether or not it would work on mobile would depend greatly on the system. Even with Canvas LMS itself being used, there might be some variance form device to device on what the phone manufacturer has made available for uploading.
