When I click to open a pdf on the canvas app (on samsung tablet and phone) it just shows a white screen, not even a loading circle. It was working fine yesterday so I'm not sure what changed
Hi @CeraH! Have you already put in a ticket with Canvas support? This is something they would be able to troubleshoot with you.
Have you gotten a fix yet? I’m having the same issue and was denied help by canvas and Samsung. Any help would be amazing.
I'm having the same problem and it just happen. Still working with support on this. Very frustrating because I've never had a issue for years and I'm constantly on the go. I do the majority of my work on my phone. Any solution or feedback would be greatly appreciated
@Justinpeters85 @KimberlyWatts @KIMBERLEEHARRIS I'm sorry for the not so great reply but apparently this is just affecting Samsung products. After a lot of back and forth with canvas they final came to the conclusion they messed up the last update to the app. They told my school this should be fixed with the next update but didn't give an exact date or when this might happen. So essentially we just have to wait which is really annoying.
