I am sorry to read that you are having troubles watching a video in your course. Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to help address the exact cause of this because Canvas Community members do not have access to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Canvas environment or any of your courses. The best advice I can give you it to reach out directly to your instructor who might be able to tell you if the video it working correctly or not. Another option for you would be to reach out to the ITS Serivces team at your University. I took a few minutes to try and find a page that might be of help, and I came across this page:

On the right side of the page, there's a section for "Support". You might try using the link for "ITS Support Team" to create a ticket. That's just an educated guess, but I'm hoping it will get you the help you're looking for.
