I am not sure if you realized this or not, but you have posted your question in the global Canvas Community website. I think you are going to need to speak with folks at Sierra College about your question. I don't know what the CAP session is, and we wouldn't be able to access the mySierra dashboard because we don't have access to any of their systems...including Canvas.
