I am trying to contribute to a Collaboration and I keep receiving a message 'An unexpected error occurred'.

Any suggestions please.

Have you tried reaching out Canvas Support to see if they would be able to assist you more with this error?

* How do I get help with Canvas as an instructor?

Before contacting Canvas Support, you might also try clearing your browser history/cache.  Then, close your browser, and re-start your browser to see if you still get that error message.  If so, then reach out to their help desk.

* How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac?
* How do I clear my browser cache on a PC?
