Is it possible to login to multiple campuses on the app if taking courses at more than one school at a time? If so, how?

No, I don't believe this is possible within the Canvas Student app. However, you might be able to log in to one school on your Canvas app while using your web browser on your mobile device to log into the other school's Canvas environment. The interfaces would be different (app interface vs. web browser), but you would still be able to access content on both...just not within the same interface at the same time. Give it a try...it might meet your needs.
