You may not realize this, but you posted this in the global community of Canvas users, which is accessible to anyone in the world. I would recommend removing your personal ID and license details by editing your post as soon as you can.
As for the issue with your name, do you know if you are using the free for teacher version of Canvas, or one that your school/institution runs (which would usually have your school logo and colors used on the global Canvas menu on the left)? In Canvas, you may be able to fix your name by changing your settings. If the name can't be edited there, let us know, but that would likely mean someone at your school/institution would have ot make the change for you.

The fact that the teacher's gradebook view only displays the letter grade in the "override" column makes it difficult for the teacher to review grades, as the numerical grade entered cannot be determined in that view.
Screen readers seem to read out the LaTex and not the equation.
