In addition to the excellent advice from @Chris_Hofer , make sure you know what name your institution is using. If you are a K-12 student, you likely will be looking for the name of your district and not your individual school site. If you are a college student, you may need to look for an "umbrella" name for the whole system rather than your individual college, or conversely, you may need to look for your school or department rather than the name of the university system.
