Why does PowerPoint sometimes show the entire slide and sometimes only show part of the slide? See attached images. Thank you for your help!
Hi @CynthiaEdwards1 , it may be because you have different settings for the two shows, and you have maximize rather than ensure fit for scaling; you want ensure fit to reduce size of large fonts to fit the slide. I think the setting will apply to all slides in the presentation.
