Global role change for individual person in all Canvas courses

Is there a way to make a global change to the role an individual has within all Canvas courses? We have an individual who gets assigned the role of TA when courses are set-up from our SIS. I need that person to be assigned to a different role. I'm wondering if I have to go into each individual course to make that change, or if there is a way to globally assign a new role to that individual.

Hi @Bonnie_Walker,

As enrollments (and therefore roles) are done at the course level, this is something that would need to fixed either manually by going to each course in the UI and changing the role, by somehow adjusting the coding of your SIS->Canvas integration, or through some other more creative method (like creating an SIS import file manually with all of the enrollment changes listed).

Hope this helps, even if it may not be an "easy" solution.
