May I know that if the parent can see the detail homework that their kids uploading and the feedback or comment the teacher giving from the assignment?

Hi! To see the file itself and the annotated feedback on the uploaded file, you need to access the assignment using a mobile browser or the Canvas Student app (which works with your Observer login information). Right now, it is not possible to view the submission itself in the Parent App.
