In New Quizzes, can I have the instructions displayed with each question when showing questions one

I would like to embed a resource that would be used for each question in a quiz. I don't want students to have to scroll back to the top to access it for each question. I'd rather not have to embed it in every question, if I can avoid it. If the instructions would always show at the top when showing one question at at time, I could put the resource there. Then, when I show one question at a time, it would be easily accessible. Does this feature exist?

The stimulus and question will appear side by side in the quiz.

To attach another question to the stimulus, click the Attach Question button.

Note: Each question attached to a stimulus will each appear next to the stimulus when the quiz is set to display one question at a time.
