why can i log into canvas on my iphone and ipad devices but not my laptop or computer
If your district has a unique URL for your district, you must access the login page from that point. If you just go to Canvas in general, it will not recognize your login.
Our district has a unique address for Canvas, with the initials for our district at the start of the address. XXXXcanvas.instructure.com for example. If our students or teachers do a Google Search for "Canvas," it will take them to a generic login page. We set up links on our district website to help students get to the correct spot.
You might try talking with someone at your district to see if they also have a unique URL that you have to go to in order for it to recognize your login information.
