Number of IT Support

I appreciate IT support is a secret...I get it. I am trying to login to the UAGC website, and once again the landing page goes everywhere but the classes.

And then I try to reset password...no luck.

Email for IT, not on page.

Phone number on IT page...not there.

Excellent system.

Hi @PeterTrzop,

Sorry you're having issues finding a contact number for IT at UAGC. Unfortunately, the global Canvas community here doesn't have any more access to information than what's been made public on their website. I did try to take a look, but I couldn't find any contact info for their IT either. I'm not sure they they've chosen to make information hard to find, but since the public site seems geared towards prospective students, I wonder if there is perhaps a different site for faculty and staff. Again, I unfortunately am just guessing a bit here, but I do understand your frustration. This does seem more of a school issue than something with Canvas, but maybe someone else here works at UAGC and will be able to provide some info for you.

Just for clarification, this site that you're currently using (called the Canvas Community) is not the same as any course(s) that you are taking at UAGC. You should reach out to UAGC's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team or one of their Canvas administrators. Or, if you are able to contact your instructor for the course(s) you are taking, he/she would be able to help get you started with any questions that you may have.

I have Canvas set to drop the lowest quiz score, however, my students can only barely tell that the grade text is slightly grey when dropped. Can it have a tag like the "missing" and "exempt" ones in the student gradebook?
Batch edit assignment due dates by section
My Canvas shell has three different sections that all meet at different times throughout the week.
