How do I adjust quiz and exam times for individual students who require additional time?

That task is not too hard to do. The quiz has to be published before the options to add extra times to students is accessible.
How you do the moderation of the quiz depends on whether you are using classic or new quizzes. I have put links from the instructor guide for both of those quizzes below:

Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
