I cannot see all of my student entries

I have several discussion threads where I am unable to see all of the entries

I know this because my students have shown me on their computers that they can see all of the entires

I need to know how to fix this problem

Without being able to see this first-hand, I recommend reaching out to Canvas Support so that someone can take a look at this further with you.
