I'm not sure if you'll have this ability or not, but try this:
Here in the Community, click on your avatar image at the top right of the screen. In the menu that appears, click on "My settings". The tabs for "Personal" and "Username" will probably be selected already on the screen that follows. Do you have the option to change your Username there? Do you see anything similar to this?
