Where is the Reception Desk for student concerns?

As part of my Community Interpreter training, I need to be able to sight-translate documents that may be relevant to clients' needs in particular assignments. One such document mentions a Reception Desk where students can formally submit their concerns in writing. What and where is the Reception Desk, and how can students access it online or physically?

You have posted your question in the global Canvas Community website.  This is a place where people from all over the world can come to ask questions, participate in discussions, submit Feature Ideas, review written/video "how to" Guides, and much more...all about Canvas.  There isn't a "Reception Desk" that I am familiar with.  However, if your school has a paid Canvas environment, they may also have Help Desk support through Instructure or via their own school's Help Desk staff.  This would be a question you'd have to ask your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education team.  We wouldn't be able to help answer that question here in the Community.  Hopefully you'll be able to have some conversations with folks at your school soon about this.  Good luck!
