How to change the logo at the top of the mobile app in the Courses view.

In the Canvas theme editor, how do I change the logo which appears at the top of the Courses view in the mobile application (see image attached), without changing the logo which appears in the top left of a desktop browser?

I’ve already tried adjusting several of the mobile logo options in the theme editor, but I can’t find the right one…
