Where are you looking for your school? Are you trying to use the Canvas mobile app? Are you just trying to log into your school's Canvas environment using a laptop/PC? Hopefully, your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department would communicate some of this information to you and your classmates, but that might not always be the case. You might want to try reaching out to them as well to see if they have any suggestions.
