When logged on to my MacBook, I can access my courses on canvas. However, when I log into my account on my iPad, it says I am not signed up for any courses. I am using the same email for my school.
What can I do?
On the MacBook, I would click on Courses in the global navigation (far left menu), then scroll down to and click on All Courses. Make sure the star is selected for the upcoming courses that you want to appear on the dashboard.
If that's not the issue then I would reach out to your department manager or Canvas administrator. It could be that the courses for the next semester have not been officially published and when they are then they'll appear on mobile.
