Issues with app

My canvas app seems to not be able to connect when im not connected to wifi is there a fix? Im current on iOS. I tried everything, deleting the app redownloading it, restarting my phone, taking out sim card and putting it back in, deleting cache, resetting network setting. Nothing is fixing it..

it sounds like there could be something going on with your cellular service provider which may be blocking access to Canvas. In this case I would suggest reaching out to your provider to see if they can help you trouble shoot that.
