ZOOM access in Canvas

Hello,

Last Tuesday October 25th, I have to join a Zoom meeting with a professor and other classmates for an online class that I am taking, but I was unable to join and I did not have the meeting Id either to try that way.

The odd thing is that same day but earlier I had a zoom meeting with the Transfer center and i did not have any problem getting/joining.

I hope next time I have another zoom meeting I will be able to get in.

Please advise what I should do next time and what did possibly  happen it?

Unfortunately, your question about your Zoom meeting isn't anything that Canvas Community members would be able to answer for you.  I would suggest that you reach out to the person who set up the Zoom meeting.  Assuming that you are a student, you can contact your instructor directly in Canvas by following the steps in this Guide:
