Troubleshooting students who can't find peer reviews that they need to complete

Every time I assign peer reviews, I have a couple students who have a hard time finding notification of the peer reviews they are supposed to complete. I have them check their To-Do list, Upcoming Assignments, Recent Activity, etc. but sometimes they still can't see them.

I usually recommend trying another browser too.

Since I can't see the "student view" when it comes to peer reviews, I feel a little in the dark.

What do you recommend the student try in order to successfully see and complete these?

whether you have Automatically or Manually assigned peer reviews to student, they should be able to go to the assignment that they originally submitted and they should see an area under the Submission Details that says "Assigned Peer reviews." Below that it should list the assigned reviews they need to complete. HERE is a student guide on that process.

They also should see that there is a something in their To Do list when the peer reviews are assigned. If they don't see it in the To Do list, they might need to clear out some of the items showing there. The To Do section shows up to seven items at a time.

If they don't see anything at all as far as Peer reviews, it could be that they were not assigned a peer review. This will typically happen if the student turned in their submission late or not at all. In this case you would just go to the peer reviews area and manually assign them a Peer review.

Thanks for your response. I have shown them this guide and have had them check each of those places, but a rare few still cannot find them. In some cases, they can only find 1 or 2 of the 3 assigned. It's really odd but it feels like it may have something to do with their browser or something like that. I'm just not entirely sure.
