How Can I Delete an Account

Question

I'm a parent, but somehow my email is linked to a student account. However, since I'm not a student, there's no courses attached to that account AND I can't link to my child's account as a parent since Canvas thinks I'm a student. As far as I can tell, my best option is to delete the student account currently associated with my email and then re-register as a parent. But I can't find any information on how to do that! Please help, I'm extremely frustrated.

Your email account is associated with a district, so they're the only ones who can delete your account. However, I have an idea that may help you. Because it is not a workaround that should be public, I'll send you a direct message.
