Cannot enter quiz

Hi. I have an issue regarding quizzes in the android app. We're solving the quizzes at school and only at school, so I can't do it at home. My laptop batery dies rather quickly so I can't bring it to class and have to use my phone. The quizz loads on my app but i can't enter it. I have the system 8 version of android. Phone: Huawei p20 lite.

What can I do? The quizzes give bonus points which can be cruical in my final grade.

Without seeing an example, it's hard to diagnose. It's possible your teacher is using an integration or an alternative way to offer you quizzes that aren't compatible with a mobile device. I highly suggest you contact the teacher, local tech support, and possibly a Canvas ticket so they can diagnose more closely. Feel free to report back with any additional information or screenshots to this thread as well.
